Rajinikanth's Kochadaiyaan was most awaited by fans and audience. The audio release of the movie got postponed several times and finally released yesterday in Chennai. However, the trailer released during the event disappointed fans and common audience big time. The makers have been claiming that the film costed them around 125 Cr to make. They repeatedly assured that the visual effects will not be any less than Hollywood films such as Avatar and Tintin citing the usage of motion capture technology. But every thing went topsy turvy with the trailer release. The trailer as soon as went live drew flak from every one as the flaws in the animations are clearly visible and the movie looked more like a kids comic serial on some cheap TV channel. Analysts also feel that the marketing strategy of Kochadaiyaan makers comparing the movie with Hollywood films may well be backfired. The makers of Kochadaiyaan has confirmed that the movie is releasing on April 11th. In the wake of elections down the South in April and May, every one thought the movie will be postponed but the makers are sticking to the same date.
