Imaginative Director Rajamouli is known for taking inspirations from Hollywood films, we can find many similarities in his films. Even though his films are similar to Hollywood and other language films but he never acquired flop in his entire career until now. His screenplay and direction of the film by using current update technology destroys the feeling of watching a duplicate film or copied version. It is an open secret that Rajamouli prestigious venture “Baahubali” is creating much hype in the industry from day of its start. This is high budget multi-lingual fairy-tale story based film with a huge star cast like Prabhas, Rana, Anushka, Tamanna and many. The film has already created positive buzz in industry even though the story of the film has revealed. Latest buzz circulating in media circles is that “Baahubali” is based on story of Legendary actor Nandamuri Tara Ramao Rao Garu’s one of the old mythological film “Marmayogi”. “Marmayogi” is 1951 based bi-lingual film which was released in Telugu and Tamil, where in Telugu version Legendary NTR cast in lead and in Tamil version universal hero M. G. Ramachandran was in lead. Marmayogi plot revolves around two brothers who were denied their birthrights and after growing they started battle on each other for kingdoms. In the climax they came to that they are siblings and happy ending. Many who are familiar to the story of “Baahubali” are comparing the film with “Marmayogi” and say that this time Rajamouli inspired from old NTR’s “Marmayogi”. Even though he takes inspiration from the old classic film but filmgoers are eagerly waiting to Rajamouli kind of “Marmayogi”.
