Actor Ram's career is undergoing a very lean patch right now. His last three films, Endhukante Premanta, Ongole Gitta and Masala bombed miserably at the box office. The actor who is usually slow, further slowed down due to this slump.
His last film, Masala released 6 months ago and during this time Ram stayed completed away from films. The actor was listening to lot of scripts and finally chose one by 'Don Seenu' and 'Balupu' fame Gopichand Mallineni.
The film is tentatively titled 'Pandaga Chesko', The preproduction works of the film are totally complete and the director is confident of the script in hand. The film will start rolling from May 17th in Hyderabad.
Earlier Hansika was considered as the female lead but now 'Venkatadri Exrpess' fame Rakul Preet Singh is roped in her place. Thaman is the music composer. 'Simha Producer' Parchuri Kireeti is producing the film on his United Movies banner.
