After being failed as a director with his first directed film ‘U Me Aur Hum’. Ajay Devgan will again turn into a director and producer for his next film titled as ‘Shivay’. The title is derived from the Sanskrit chant ‘Om Namah Shivay’. Ajay already has a tattoo of the title on his chest. Sources said that the movie will be presented by Eros International.
‘Shivay’ will be the big action flick film in which Ajay will obviously be playing a central role. Ajay is still working on the script with his team writers. It will go on floor after the completion of his much awaited film ‘Singham Returns’ directed by Rohit Shetty.
Ajay started his production house ADF 2000 to produce his own film ‘Raju Chacha’. Then 8 year later he co-produced ‘U Me Aur Hum’ which was also his directorial debut. In both the produced movies Kajol Devgan played as leading lady, but whether Kajol will be playing ‘Shivay’ is not yet confirmed.
Sources revealed, “Ajay and Eros have a great working equation since the days of SOS (Son of Sardar), which despite clashing with Shah Rukh Khan-starrer Jab Tak Hai Jaan amassed nearly Rs 140 crore. Now, they are looking forward to working together on Shivay.”
