Fans are common in all sections of entertainment and when it comes to small screen it may be quiet low. But few fans of small screen get emotional and also make their stars cry or feel silly with their acts, there are many such incidents happening in Bollywood and they shared their experiences with TOI recently.
Mohit recently said "I remember this instance where an old person from Punjab kept waiting for me in front of the lift when I had gone to Haridwar for an activity organised by the channel. Tears came to his eyes on seeing me, and he asked me to bless him once and hug him. That left me quite stunned and I was at a loss for words. That's when I realised how attached people are to the character."
Sumona Chakravathi also added "I know that people tend to take your on-screen character quite seriously. Wherever I go, I'm asked where Kapil is, and I have to tell them that I just play the character of his wife on Comedy Nights With Kapil and that I'm not his real wife."
