Present trend in Tollywood gives a clear edge to say that most of the glamourous girls do start their careers in the Telugu Film Industry and once once they gain success, immediately jump to Kollywood, the Tamil industry and later eye in for the Hindi films, the Bollywood.
This has been observed most of the times starting from Sridevi, Jayaprada, Madhavi or Bhanupriya. The latest babes in the list now are the Goan beauty Ileana, Kajal Agarwal and Milk beauty Tamanna. Ileana was the first to jump to Bollywood with a bumper offer from the youngest Kapoor, Ranbeer for the film Barfi. That film though had Ileana in a not so glamourous role, she is caught the eyes of many Bollywood film makers.
Ileana is slowly gained offers and is proving successful now with films like Phata Poster and Main Tera Hero. Next in the list is the Magadheera girl Kajal Agarwal. Her first film was opposite Ajay Devgan, “Singham” which got her good craze. She then got good offer opposite Akshay Kumar in Special Chabbis, which too was a good success. In a way, Kajal too is settled in Bollywood with a few more offers knocking her door way.
Now, it is finally the Milky beauty Tamanna, who shook both Tollywood and Kollywood with her glamour and performance. She after proving successful here has then eyed on at Bollywood. Her first itself was a remake of the yester year super hit film “Himmatwala” opposite Ajay Devgan. Tammu portrayed the role of Sridevi who rose high with the original. Now Tammu too is busy with films like “Hum shakals” and a few other offers in hand. So, the highway for babes from Tollywood to Bollywood is via Kollywood!!!
