Cameraman Gangatho Rambabu Review : Story

Film starts with actor Nassar as Chief Minister of AP giving interview to a news channel. Rambabu [ Pawan Kalyan] a normal mechanic will be identify by Ganga [Tamannaah ] bcoz of his aggressive nature & social responsibility that he has and employs him in a news channel. On the other side of the coin Rana Babu [Prakash Raj], son of ex-chief minister Kota Srinivasa Rao keeps trying to become chief minister of AP. Rambabu finds out that Rana Babu is not a right person to get in to such important position. What evil plans does Rana makes to become CM, does Rambabu stop him from becoming CM, this cat and mouse story has to be seen on silver screen.

Cameraman Gangatho Rambabu Review : Star Performances

Power Star Pawan Kalyan performance as Rambabu is excellent, his journey from a common mechanic to a responsible journalist was captured extraordinary. Pawan’s dialogue delivery with impressive lines were kool and his energetic dance moves with his natural comedy timing are visual treat to his fans. Tamannaah has done justice to her role as Ganga to maximum level. With few quick one liners and sexy dance moves, she made her presences felt in this movie.Gabriela Bertante is surprise package in this movie, She has done couple of ultimate dance moves and has filled the glamour quotient. Prakash Raj character as Rana Babu was short but very powerful indeed. Kota Srinivasa Rao as ex-chief minister and Tanikella Bharani as Prakash Raj’s uncle have delivered good performances. Brahmanandam, Ali, Dharmavarapu Subramanyam & M.S.Narayana were used for few comedy scenes and they have done their job pretty well.

Cameraman Gangatho Rambabu Review : Direction, Music & Technical Aspects

Puri Jagannath has done a decent job as director. Even though the story is little old, he has managed with crispy screenplay which made audiences stick to their seats. Mani Sharma’s music is one of the key asset in this films, he has given good music. Mani is very popular for his background score but in this film he has shown less concentration on that part. Cinematography by Shyam K. Naidu was good and few songs were looked really nice on screen. S. R. Shekhar editing work was decent enough in this movie, he was successful in carrying on the mood of this movie.

Cameraman Gangatho Rambabu Review : Analysis

First half of the film showcases the main leads and key characters. Flash light on Pawan character as Rambabu and his response to social disturbances in the society were shown nicely. Tamannaah having a chilled beer and Pawan making an omelet for her and undercurrent love track between both of them is enjoyable. Scarlett Mellish Wilson item song "Joramochindhi" set fire on screen with her sexy expressions and hot dance moves. Second half of the film goes with few good songs and Pawan's dance moves for "Melikalu” song was good. Pawan taking a dig at news channel for the way they mislead actual news filmed between him & Brahmanandam was funny. Much hyped dialogue from Pawan before climax was very good, credit goes to Puri for those lines. Climax of the film looks little unrealistic and unimpressive, a better climax could have done wonders at the box office.
