Naga Chaitanya's Oka Laila Kosam has completed its full run at the box office. The film which garnered decent talk and reviews, however could not excite the audience up to the mark and finally ended up as an average grosser. Nagarjuna himself released the film on his own in some of the territories. It is estimated that the film was made on a prerelease business of 15 Crore but ended up making only 12.5 Crores in its full run.
