Bollywood Production giant, Eros International was reduced to ashes in 2014. The Corporate giant started the year with Mahesh Babu's 1-Nenokkadine. Eros also produced two films with Superstar Rajinikanth - Vikramasimha and Linga. Both the films ended up as big failures bringing huge losses for Eros. Many have thought that they will be abandoning South and concentrate on Bollywood after these losses.
However Eros International have different idea. They are hear to stay and are in talks with Nandamuri Balakrishna for a project. It is already known that Loukyam fame Srivas will be directing Balakrishna for his 99th film. The script for the movie provided by Kona Venkat and Gopi Mohan is already sealed and the project will go on floors very soon.
Balayya's 99th film was first planned in the production of Mithrudu producer, Sivalenka Krishna Prasad. Balakrishna promised Krishna Prasad a film after Mithrudu loss but the actor warned Krishna Prasad against such move as film business became very risky these days. Also Krishna Prasad can not afford to invest the budget required by the script. So, the project is in need of a new producer. We are said that the deal of Eros is almost confirmed.
