Naga Chaitanya's Dochey is releasing worldwide today in about 800 theaters which is the widest possible release ever for the actor. On the other side, the makers have completed selling the satellite rights of the movie. Gemini TV bagged the rights for 4.5 Crore which is usually modest but considered good given the low budget of the film.
Dochey was made with a shoe string budget of 11 Crores and its theatrical rights alone fetched 13 Crore which means a 2 Crore profit there itself. The revenues from satellite rights, dubbing and remake rights will be all bonus now. The movie has got good hype in the trade as it comes from the stable of Swamy Ra Ra team.

The makers cashed the hype cleverly and sold the film for good amounts. Naga Chaitanya had pinned high hopes on this film after that miserable failure of Autonagar Surya last year which even erased the good memories of Manam success. The fate of the movie will get decided in couple of hours from now.
