The long pending judgment in Salman Khan's hit and run case is finally out and Bollywood is shell shocked at the verdict of 5 years rigorous jail term.. The Mumbai sessions court declared the star guilty in the connection of the case which killed one person and injured four. The Judge finally declared that it is the actor who was behind the wheel and has held him guilty of being drunk and driving the car.

The law has shown that its above all today-my request is to try him like a common man rather than come down strong at him cos hes a celebrity. 5 years is a long time. I hope time flies and dont wish such an unfortunate situation for anyone.
Charan was shooting
Salman Khan and Chiranjeevi are good friends since they endorsed Thums Up together several years ago. Ram Charan and Salman also good rapport as Salman Khan helped him in many ways when Charan was shooting for his Bollywood debut film, Zanjeer.
