Producer cum Distributor Dil Raju is always known to be a very shrewd businessman. People say he is perfect in deciding how to spend money and how much to spend. For example, recently he quoted 4 Crore for Lion Nizam Rights. While every one shocked with such low offer and some said Dil Raju insulted Balayya, the movie made 4.8 crore share in Nizam in its full run.


That speaks volumes about Dil Raju's business mind. However for the first time Dil Raju seem to have faltered miserably. He over estimated the product in hand, Kerintha and spent a bomb in the promotions of the film. In fact, they say the publicity cost is almost equal to the making cost. However every thing seem to go in to drain as the movie opened very bad in all the centers in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.


For an instance, the movie just had 26089 Gross in Devi 70mm, the main theater of Hyderabad while the other release, Jyothi Lakshmi managed 45458 Gross. For the first time, Dil Raju's calculation seem to have gone very wrong. On the other side, the movie's talk and reviews are also not great. At best there is below average talk, we will have to see how it sustains at the box office.
