It is known to our readers that Sachin Joshi's Viking Media filed a 420 case and Cheque bounce case on film producer, Bandla Ganesh in relation to the fraud of Nee Jathaga Nenundali starring Sachin and produced by Bandla. The case came to hearing today and Bandla Ganesh attended the case hearing at Nampally court this morning.
Since it is a civil case, the judge granted bail to Bandla Ganesh by submitting a personal surety bond. The next hearing of the case was posted to August 14th. Sachin and Bandla Ganesh joined hands for Nee Jathaga Nenundali. Sachin funded the project while Bandla Ganesh was to take care of the film making and its distribution. Nee Jathaga Nenundali went on to become a big disaster.
However after the movie release, Sachin Joshi realized that he was cheated by Bandla Ganesh. The Producer inflated the movie budget and even also under reported distribution figures robbing Sachin Joshi's money. According to rumours, during the shooting of Temper, Sachin deployed some mafia men and warned Bandla to give the money back.
As a result Temper shooting was disrupted for few days. Finally they arrived at a compromise and Sachin was given a share in Temper to cover up his loss. Temper was released and was a decent hit. However Sachin is yet to get a single rupee back. All the cheques given by Bandla Ganesh till date got bounced and so Sachin Joshi knocked the door of the courts.
