Superstar Mahesh Babu who was cruising in his career with back to back successes hit sudden roadblock with two consecutive failures with Aagadu and 1-Nenokkadine. Both the films resulted in heavy losses for buyers. However there is not even an iota of that effect in the pre-release business of the movie.
The movie had made a sensational prerelease business of close to 75 Crore. Given that the movie is releasing after the super success of Baahubali, the movie had to special and really good to make an impact on audience and get a hit status. Srimanthudu is releasing on August 7th across the globe. The movie if gets a good talk will be benefited by the Independence day weekend in the second week of Srimanthudu.
