'Bajrangi Bhaijaan'
which released on July 17th opened to positive critics and the movie was
labelled as 'Blockbuster'. Kabir Khan directed the movie. S.S.Rajamouli's
father K.V.Vijayendra Prasad has penned the story and screenplay for this
venture.
There were lots of
speculations that the team earlier approached Amir Khan for doing the lead
role. However the actor rejected the offer. But these were just speculations.
But now the writer of the movie has confirmed that Amir Khan was their initial
choice.

"Frankly, I don't know why he said no to Bajrangi Bhaijaan. But when I
narrated the story to him I had seen his eyes moisten. Later I heard through my
producer that Aamir had recommended Salman Khan for the role. Story-story pe
likha hai actor ka naam."
Similarly Big Boss contestant Ali Quli Mirza claiming was
offered Nawazuddin Siddiqui's role. 'Bajrangi Bhaijjan' is now India's top
grossing movie next to 'Baahubali' and the movie has already made huge
profits.
