lots of young girl's hearts and he have been in their dreams. It is a known
fact he was the brand ambassador for Coca-Cola. Now a lady has sued the brand
for not living upto its promise.
Shikha Monga who hails from Haryana
Shikha Monga who hails from Haryana, was 19 years old when she won the
Coca-Cola promotional contest. The contest happed in 2000. As she won the
company promised her a date with Bollywood star Hrithik Roshan. But even after
15 years, the date has not happened. Now she is 34 years old and she has
sued the company for Rs 2.5 crore in damages.
She says she won the
promotional contest in 2000 when Hrithik made his debut with 'Kaho Naa Pyaar
Hai'. After winning, the company provided muted response and she added they
never responded to her mails.
She lodged a case in 2003 and now the hearing has come to court after 12 years. She said she lost her reputation everywhere as everyone labelled her as liar for not dating Hrithik Roshan. Coca-Cola team has demanded more team and the case is adjourned till August 24th.
