'ThaniOruvan' movie released on August 28th and the movie completely opened to unanimous positive reviews. The movie was showered with lots of praises and accolades.
The movie is running house full on weekends and is having 80% theatre occupancy on weekdays. Now as two movies are releasing tomorrow, there was expected to be a decline in screen count. But 'ThaniOruvan' remains top with more than 300 screens.

From trade reports, we hear that 'Paayum Puli' will release somewhere between 350 to 400 screens. 'ThaniOruvan' will maintain screen count between 300 to 350 and Ashok Selvan's 'Savaale Samaali' will have screen count ranging from 150 to 200. 'Transporter 4' tamil dubbed version is also expected to grab same.
Seems it's another tightly packed weekend for Kollywood. With good word of mouth, the screen count is expected to rise.
