It has been 13 years that the movie Idiot— I do Ishq Only Thume se got released directed by the maverick director Puri Jagannadh with the amazing tunes of Music Director Late Chakri starring Mass Raja Ravi Teja. The legendary director Dasari Naryana Rao made his comment on this 13 year old movie at an event.
Speaking at Sampoornesh Babu's Kobbari Matta's launch, Dasari said "Gone are the days when heroes were portrayed as someone who respects elders and contributes his share to the welfare of the society. The definition of hero has changed since Puri Jagannath's Idiot released. Unfortunately, hero characterization is being done in a negative shade like encountering the heroines and forcing them and going agains the parents will."
