He said, "We had script reading session in Rajkumar Hirani’s house and that was a great experience. I was awed by his simplicity. I don’t know Hindi and was just managing with my minimal knowledge.
It so happened that the way I pronounced some words, it sounded like cuss words in Hindi which made everyone break into laughter. Then it was Maddy who explained to me in Tamil and helped me get them right. Maddy was very supportive." Kaali Venkat also has Mapla Singam, Darling 2, Raja Mandhiri, Sathuran and Urumeen under his kitty.
