Debutante director Victor Jayaraj is making his debut in the movie 'Vinodhan'. The movie is produced by Prabhu Deva under Prabhu Deva Studios banner. Debutante Varun is doing the male lead role.
Vedhika is doing the female lead. The movie now has a new addition. 'Sarabham' fame Salony Luthra will be doing another female lead which is also a crucial role to the script.

The director himself confirmed the news and he says, "Salony will be doing an crucial role in our movie and she will be the talk of the town after it got released. It will be a special performance. I know Salony earlier as I had trained her for Sarabham. When I narrated the script she was so much interested to be a part of the movie.
I know she was doing lead roles these days and I was a bit hesitant whether she would do this. But after having read the script, she was quite excited and expressed her willingness to be on board. That’s how she joined us. She is a valuable addition."
