Just like ATMUS entertainment bagged the rights for USA, SUARA bagged the rights for Singapore. The movie is also releasing big in Europe and New Zealand. The Australian rights were also sold for whopping price.
Now Vijay faces competition from his own female lead Amy Jackson. 'Puli' is releasing on 1st October and Bollywood movie 'Singh is Bling' releases the next day. Bollywood filmmaker Pahlaj Nihalani is distributing the Hindi version of 'Puli' and he will face a tough period from Prabhudeva's 'Singh is Bling'. Akshay Kumar already has a solid fan base and Vijay is an unknown face to Hindi audience.
