An Indian Origin business who claims himself as a Hindu Monk has pleaded not guilty after he has sexually assaulted three women in Los Angeles. The District attorney's office announced that he has sexually harassed three women in US.
As per deputy district attorney Maren Dermody, the 62 year old Gokula Nanda of West Hills was ordered to stand trial for six counts of sexual battery by fraud, three counts of sexual penetration by foreign object and two counts of sexual battery.
A statement said, "Nandha has sexually abused the victims by saying that he needs to perform some 'Healing' rituals at various spots. This includes his Eastern medicine store in Santa Clarita and a park in Torrance." As per media sources, Nandha is the owner of Hari Om India Market in Santa Clarita, CA.
He has sexually assaulted female clients during meditation session. He was earlier released in July with a fine of 100,000$ bail. Now as per reports, it these charges are proved, he will face a maximum sentence of 19 Years in state prison.
