TDP leaders are requesting Chandra babu not to attend ‘Aayutha Chandi Yagam’. KCR went to Vijayawada and invited Chandra babu Naidu and family. Chandra babu replied that he would attend on the last day of Chandi Yagam i.e; on 27th of this month.
If the invitation is confined to the matter of two persons; it is okay. But the matter is about two party leaders in Telangana. KCR will not lose anything by attending stone lying ceremony in Amaravathi. In fact it will be a privilege to attend the ceremony as it is about a new capital of Andhra Pradesh. But if Chandra babu attends Yagam; it is a threat to the persistence of the party in Telangana in the view of greater elections.
The friendship between the two CMs were played in videos and captured in photos are well used by TRS as it is attracting Seemandhra people who reside in Hyderabad. This will create a misconception in people that they both are on the same deck. It is a sign of good thing KCR as the pressure from one of the oppositions is reduced.
This feeling is creating a tension and agony in TDP party among activists and leaders. That’s why senior leaders are requesting Chandra babu not to attend the ‘Chandi Yagam’.
