Well in the arena of politics there are many who separate politics from administration and for many leaders in India, this is not something new. Now something similar may be happening with Babu’s model of land polling becoming famous.

It is a known fact that Andhra Pradesh CM Chandrababu Naidu had created history by gathering more than 31000 acres of land  through land pooling scheme and this is now being seen as the biggest voluntary land acquisition ever with nil cost in Independent India.

Even the central government is reportedly planning to implement this model for several of its infrastructure projects. Now sources say that the neighbouring Karnataka State is planning to actually replicate Andhra Pradesh’s success in Amaravati model.

The Congress government there is planning to push the long pending integrated satellite township at Bidadi in Ramanagar district close to the outskirts of Bengaluru.  The state government recently sent its team of officials to examine the Amaravati model which is less cumbersome and also inexpensive.
