Same scenes are getting repeated on granting special status for Andhra Pradesh. Right after Union Minister Arun Jaitley made it clear in Rajya Sabha that government willnot grand special status to AP< reactions started coming. CM Chandra Babu Naidu,opposition leader Jagan Mohan Reddy and others stated that they did what they could.
However no one questioned why Union Government cheated people of AP. They didnot come with a strategy or plan of action on fighting for special status. AP politicians are failing to realise that without future course of action and strategy, it is useless to talk on special status.
AP CM Chandra Babu as usual started talking bout the mistakes committed by various parties and questioned why AP people should be punished. CBN always calls for hurried pressmeets and he will go on for hours and journalists too undergo the ordeal knowing very well that they cannot publish CBN's entire speech.
What is surprising is none of the mainstream media came with analytical article on what happened regarding special status discussion in Rajyasabha. Jagan Mohan Reddy quickly called for AP bandh but he didnot have time to interact with media. Jagan who didnot talk even single word on special status during discussion in Rajyasabha, leisurely gave bandh call to express his anger. Pawan Kalyan as usual remained silent.
Congress leaders who stifled the throat of AP are now posing as if they are fighting for special status.The faces of Rahul Gandhi and Sonia Gandhi and their silence show their real intention. They cannot answer why they are not questioning PM Modi on special status.
AP BJP leaders are not concerned about people of AP.They are happy with Modi bhajan but they are forgetting that without people's support, even Modi,Venkaiah and Jaitley willnot even look at them.People of AP too are at fault as they are watching silently rather than taking the fight to the streets and show their power to PM Modi rather than hail his other good deeds.
AP people should show their power so that politicians will run after them. Non cooperation will bring life to standstill and show power. Can AP people do this.
