CBI has been very lenient to Chandrababu Naidu and Naveen Jindal . In case of Naidu they withdrew a probe and in case of Naveen Jindal they have not arrested him even after 12 charge sheets in coal gate scam.It's been months since the CBI filed 12 FIR in the coal scam which figured the name of Congress leader Navin Jindal. However, no action has been taken against Jindal till now..
While friends of congress first family - Gandhi's are given a lenient treatment, the same is not true for those who choose to oppose them. Interestingly, Jagan has been confined to jail for the last one year irrespective of the fact that none of the files bears his signature or the charge of quid pro quo hoisted on him at behest of TDP is yet to be proved . But the signatures of both Jindal and former union minister Dasari Narayana Rao. are transparent in coal gate files .
Meanwhile CBI has asked court permission to withdraw certain non bailable sections from Jagan FIR- 409 of IPC and 120 B of PC in one charge sheet on Dalmia cements . But continued to fight his bail .What a strange travesty of law
