People may wonder what is Jagan Mohan Reddy, YSRCP chief and leader of the opposition in AP assembly's connection with former TN CM Jayalalithaa's close aide Sasikala. But inside talk is Jagan is experiencing Sasikala scares.
It is known that Supreme Court in a sensational judgement sentenced Sasikala to four years jail term in disproportionate assets case and found even Jayalalithaa guilty. This prevented Sasikala from becoming CM of Tamil Nadu.
Sasikala's illegal earnings is just Rs 66crs. If one compares it with the illegal assets of other political leaders it is nothing but peanuts. Ordinary MLAs are earning illegal assets worth 100crs and top leaders more than lakhs of crores.
Now AP CM Chandra Babu Naidu is raising the same point. He is demanding even stringent punishment to Jagan Mohan Reddy whose illegal assets is more than one lakh crores. Many are confident that Jagan will soon go to jail in illegal assets case.
Rumours are spreading that Chandra Babu is trying to slap more cases on Jagan so that it will be impossible for Jagan to come out of these cases.
