National and regional parties are leaving no stone unturned to win the ongoing assembly elections in India's largest state Uttar Pradesh. Not only parties but also political analysts and people consider that the results of Uttar Pradesh elections indicate what one can expect in the 2019 elections.
PM Modi and BJP, Rahul Gandhi and Congress, Akhilesh Yadav's SP and Mayawati's BSP are concentrating all their energies on the poll campaigning. In the midst of all this Asaduddin Owaisi, chief of MIM whose party is contesting some seats came with a stunning prediction of UP elections.
Speaking to scribes he said "I definitely foresee Samajwadi Party losing along with BJP," He added, "They (SP and BJP) have been failures so far,". When asked whether MIM will join hands with BSP he said "This question can only be answered on March 11 when the results come because first of all, I (AIMIM) have to win seats. We will decide when the verdict comes,"
On hung assembly in Uttar Pradesh, he said results will "throw everything in right perspective". Counting will start on March 11 and all eyes are set on the exit polls.
