The Supreme Court on Monday issued notices to the AP CM Mr. Chandra babu Naidu in cash for vote scam. This has come as a shocker to  TDP  and its Chief Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu when they were in a festive mood in the newly constructed Assembly hall and the supremo’s  son Lokesh filing nomination for MLC.

 When asked about the case Mr. Naidu replied in a casual manner that these cases being filed against him are quiet common and that he would come clean. He also said that the oppositions had filed 26 cases against him in courts but all of them were slashed by the respective courts. The notice issued by the top court will also be a disappointment to the Oppositions ,confident Naidu said.

But when one take a look at the past history of the Supreme court’s  judgements, the VVIP’s cases that the top court enquired ,had put almost everybody into trouble.  Recently it was witnessed in the Late Chief Minister Jayalalithaa and her sister soulmate Sasikala in the disproportionate case. They were acquitted by  the Karnataka High Court but the Supreme Court  convicted them where Sasikala was sentenced to 4years Jail.

A similar such case when the BJP senior leader  L.K.Adwani was acquitted by the High Court in a 25 year old Babri Masjid case , The CBI and a person by name Haji Mahboob Ahmad had challenged the verdict in the Top court. The apex court had sought responses from all the accused during the last hearing. The Supreme Court is likely to give final ruling in the matter in the next hearing on March 22. But what is to be noted here  according to sources is that Mr.Adwani  will be the Key man for the upcoming president elections. His dream of this grand old man may not fulfill if the verdict doesn’t come in his favor.

When it comes to AP CM Chandra babu Naidu Since it has reached the supreme Court there are chances of him getting into trouble as the evidences are clear. After the TD came to power in 2014 in every Assembly session the ruling party used to target opposition leader Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy by speaking about the CBI cases against him.  Now the YSRCP has got a weapon to criticise Mr Naidu as the Supreme Court has issued  notice in the cash-for-vote case to Mr. Naidu.
