BJP is meeting today evening at its Delhi head quarters after the resounding victory in Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand assembly elections and also the strong show in Manipur and Goa elections. BJP planned to felicitate PM Modi for the historic win when he addresses the leaders and cadre at the meeting.
BJP organised one kilometre long road show which concluded at the BJP headquarters. Through out the rally not only BJP cadre, but also people thronged to watch PM Modi. PM Modi who was in the convoy surprised all by alighting from the car and walking for five minutes as he reached the office.
People who got thrilled started chanting 'Har Har Modi and many went delirious on watching PM Modi walk on the road. This is not the first time PM Modi gave tough time to the security officials by getting down from his vehicle and walking on the road.
Modi delighted everyone by waving to the crowd who were present on both sides of the road. PM Modi earlier tweeted "A new India is emerging, which is being powered by the strength & skills of 125 crore Indians. This India stands for development,"
He added "When we mark 75 years of freedom in 2022, we should have made an India that will make Gandhi Ji, Sardar Patel & Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar proud,"
