PM Modi is leaving no stone unturned to paint saffron color across the country. He along with Amit Shah are on the verge of achieving it but they are facing difficulty in entering south and fill saffron colors down south.
Though they found some success in Karnataka but they came back to square one with scams and corruption in Yeddyurappa's regime. BJP is pinning hopes on Karnataka and also trying its best to enter into Tamil Nadu and two states of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
Now many are wondering whether he is Modi's most powerful weapon. Super Star Rajinikanth though born in Maharashtra and boughtup in Karnataka, endeared himself to Tamil Nadu people. People of Tamil Nadu go to any extent for Rajinikanth.
For quite sometime efforts are on to bring Rajinikanth in politics. Though he was offered the CM post and he got good chance to become CM after the death of Jayalalithaa, he didnot relent.
Now as a master stroke, Modi is keen to win the hearts of Tamil Tambis by making Super Star Rajini as the President of India. Modi with one stroke wanted to erase the image of North party on BJP with this move. Modi also wanted to shut the critics who are attacking BJP of bringing north south divide.
BJP is already getting a positive response from Tamil Tambis for sending Sasikala to jail and targeting her nephew Dinakaran. Many feel that Rajini as a presidential candidate will get the support of all parties.
