When BJP firebrand leader Yogi Adityanath became CM of India's largest state Uttar Pradesh after Modi tsunami in the recently concluded assembly elections, the opposition accused BJP of cheating people for a ride and wondered how could Yogi, a hate monger can become CM of the state.
They said there will be complete lawlessness in the state, muslims will be targeted etc. Yogi however after becoming CM promised corrupt free, clean administration and will serve the people as their servant.
However while Yogi is striving hard to lead by example, some BJP MLAs and so called selfstyled anti romeo squads, gau rakshaks are destroying his mission with their lawless acts.
Recently BJP MLA Dr.Radha Mohan Das Agarwal, who is famous doctors in Gorakhpur insulted IPS officer,Charu Nigam making her breakdown.
The incident happened when women grups blocked a road near the Koilhwa village accusing police of facilitating the illicit liquor sale. When police resorted to lathi charge after stone pelting in which some women were injured, Radha Mohan Das Agarwal, entered into an argument with Charu Nigam, IPS officer of 2013 batch who is currently under training in Gorakhpur.
Aggarwal was seen shouting "Main aapse baat nahin kar raha hoon... mujhe tum kuch na batao. Chup raho tum! Bardasht ke bahar mat jao". Even as Charu Nigam was explaining "I am the officer in charge here. I know what I am doing,", his belligerent attitude left her in tears.
Nigam said "The MLA misbehaved with me and refused to acknowledge in full public view that he is speaking to a lady police officer," and added "I did not weep, as it is not ingrained in my personality. However, I got emotional when my senior officer supported me."
BJP MLA however says “I have been an MLA since 2002. You can ask my people…. I never misbehave with anyone.”
On her facebook, Charu Nigam posted "मेरे आँसुओं को मेरी कमज़ोरी न समझना,
कठोरता से नहीं कोमलता से अश्क झलक गये।
महिला अधिकारी हूँ तुम्हारा गुरूर न देख पायेगा,
सच्चाई में है ज़ोर इतना अपना रंग दिखलाएगा ।

My training hasn't taught me to be weak. I just did not expect that my SP city Ganesh Saha Sir would outrightly reject the irrational argument and talk about my injury. Before sir came, I was the seniormost officer in police there but when sir came and stood by the force, I got emotional .
Media has taken this stand because everyone of them saw both the incidents and this shows the positivity of media in Gorakhpur. I am thankful to them to have shown the truth with least manipulation .
I believe that good gets good and that's why I have got the support of the media .
