Congress expects unconditional merge of TRS into INC soon after the announcement of separation of Telangana. Congress gets additional advantage in Telangana in the form of YSRCP. Most of the Telangana leaders in YSRCP look towards Congress for their political future.
After taking sudden U-Turn on Telangana issue YSRCP existence itself in the region is doubtful. Konda couple, Jitta and KK opposes the resignations of YSRCP SA MLAs against Telangana. All these people will meet Diggy Raja to complete the formalities for joining within one week. Adding to them as many as 18 in-charges of various segments in Telangana region is seeking to join in Congress. Koona Srisailam Goud who joined in YSRCP recently fed up with High Command attitude also changes the party again. As per the buzz some of the leaders in Telangana urged YSRCP senior leader to change the opinion on Telangana. Reportedly, that YSRCP committed towards United Andhra. This makes anger to Telangana leaders and chalked out their political plans. Some of the leaders have spent on more money on Vijayamma and Sharmila tours in Telangana. Most of them prefer to join in Congress but some looking towards TDP also.
Vijayasanthi is preparing her ground to join in Congress from TRS. Some of them in Medak segment objects on her joining because of her flexible attitude. As per their version, she joined in Congress because of irritation on KCR. There is no guarantee on her permanent existence in Congress. Reportedly, she got assurance from Ahmad Patel on Medak Segment. Some of the leaders in TRS have ready to join in Congress even if KCR denies for merger. Telangana announcement helps Congress in both ways.
