Jupudi Prabhakar (MLC) and Balineni Srinivas Reddy (MLA) are two well-known leaders in YSRCP. Both are from Prakasam (Dt) and in-charges of Kondepi and Ongole segments respectively. As per the buzz internally silent war exists between them. The intensity of differences increased soon after Govt SC/ST sub-plan introduced in the Assembly in December’12.
Jupudi Prabhakar already worked as President of Mala Mahanadu and against to SC/ST categorization bill. TDP is willing for SC/ST categorization. After completed debate in the assembly on sub-plan, TDP demands voting on allocation of funds through A,B,C,D categories to pass the SC/ST sub-plan bill. This sudden political moment troubles to the YSRCP in the Assembly. MLAs discussed internally in the floor and make their stand as neutral. After some time Balineni held talks with Vijayamma and all YSRCP MLAs stand for the TDP proposed amendments in the Assembly. While the bill coming to Council for voting Jupudi absent for the support of the bill.
From then onwards differences increases between these two. Jupudi was not attended to Sharmila’s padayatra even it passes through his segment. As per the political sources Balineni encourages another person in Kondepi. Jupudi hasn’t convinced the developments against him. He might leave the YSRCP party at any time.
