Amaravathi sources stated that Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS jagan Mohan Reddy expressed his heartfelt gratitude to god and the people of Andhra Pradesh for handing him a landslide victory in the AP Assembly Elections. Meanwhile the YSRCP chief promised to usher in good governance and said that the people's mandate had brought upon him a huge responsibility. Reportedly the young chief minister said that he will make the entire nation look up to Andhra Pradesh.
Furthermore the YSRCP chief was sworn in as the second chief minister of undivided Andhra Pradesh on Thursday at the indira gandhi Municipal Stadium in Vijayawada. Apparently DMK chief Stalin and Telangana chief minister kcr were among those who attended YS jagan's oath taking ceremony.
Moreover soon as he took oath as the new chief minister of the state, YS jagan vowed a governance free of corruption and outlined his plan of action to take the debt-ridden state to the next level. While Dr YSR's first signature pertained to free power supply to farmers bringing joy and relief to the agriculturists in the state, YS jagan's first signature as chief minister related to enhancement of pensions to the elderly from Rs 1000 to Rs 2250 which will be increased incrementally to Rs 3000 over the next four years.
