TDP is in serious in selection of it’s candidates for 2014 general elections. After taking few days rest, CBN back into action in party activities. He is talking with all district level leaders and held discussions on new leaders from other parties and the impact of party in respective segments. TDP will announced it’s first list by the end of January, 2014.
Some of the TDP leaders were already joined in YSRCP. Chirala segement is dominated by two castes (Vysyas and Padmasali Community). It’s very prestigious for TDP to win Chirala. As per buzz, party is thinking to field new candidate for this segment. Paritala Ravi close aide Pothula Suresh wife Vavilala Sunitha will be the candidate for Chirala. Pothula Suresh wife is from Vysya Community where as Suresh belogs to BC. TDP targets the votes these community. Many corruption allegations have against existing MLA Aamanchi Krishna Mohan and Paleti Rama Rao, who was TDP leaders and joined in YSRCP.
Gadwal will become family war in DK family in 2014 elections. Senior Congress leaders DK Samara Simha Reddy joined in TDP recently, will be the candidate for TDP in 2014 elections. He was elected 4 times from this segment as Congress candidate. This time he tries his luck from TDP candidate. Congress sitting MLA and Minister for I&B DK Aruna is sister-in-law to DK Samara Simha Reddy. Reportedly, he met CBN and got assurance from CBN on his contest from Gadwal.
