Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS jagan Mohan Reddy is coming up with innovative ideas in a bid to foster closer coordination between District administration in the State. The Chief Minister has proposed a novel concept where the District Collectors and Superintendents of Police of respective districts meet for 'Coffee Together', every Tuesday.

The Chief Minister mooted this idea during a review meeting of the Redressal ( Spandana) program at the CM Camp Office in Tadepalli on Tuesday. Every Tuesday, they could share details about land disputes, law and order problems prevalent in their respective districts. The same details could be shared with the Tehsildars on Wednesday, jagan Mohan Reddy said.

The Chief Minister opined that the land disputes are the major reasons for effecting the peace and leading to law and order problems in the state. Appreciating the concept, YS jagan said that this proposal mooted by Prakasam District Collector and SP was interesting and should be followed by other District officials as well. It has to be seen if the officials can implement the idea on ground and yield results.
