This seems to look like a puzzling headline because it is only known so far that Jagan has been scuttling chances of TDP for the third time and even TDP has more or less become that way. More than the congress party, the fight has grown stronger between Jagan and Chandrababu Naidu.
After Jagan got released on bail, it was expected there would be a wave. But there was nothing like that and in fact one misstep after another, Jagan seems to be busy scoring self goals. In the last year or two, his fame and popularity has come down among the crowds.
In this regard, Naidu who has been losing credibility off late found a big chance in the form of exposing Jagan-Sonia understanding. Digvijay’s comments in July that YSRCP shares same DNA as that of Congress were the starting point.
It is being said that even in several opinion polls by Telugu news channels, every time more than 75% respondents have reportedly said that yes there is an understanding between them. Naidu seems to have become successful in convincing public of this state at large that YSRCP is only Pilla Congress ready to tie with Pedda Congress!
