The much-awaited southwest monsoon finally hit Andhra Pradesh and Telangana on Friday and covered all the all coastal districts. Heavy rains lashed the coastal districts of the states, Andhra Pradesh Weather forecasting reports and Early Warning Research Center (AWARE) said on this Friday.


As per the reports, conditions are getting to be ideal for the progression of the southwest rainstorm into outstanding pieces of Central Arabian Sea, Karnataka, Telangana, Madhya Maharashtra, a few pieces of Vidarbha, and remaining pieces of Chhattisgarh.Rainstorm likewise hit Rayalaseema and Chittoor regions of Andhra Pradesh on Friday and it will spread over the state by Saturday, the climate specialists of RTGS said.


Light precipitation was recorded in Raiduraggam, Roddem, Tanakall of Ananthpur locale and parameter of Chittoor regions. Because of the entry of rainstorms, the state will observer broad downpours. Numerous parts in Guntur, Prakasam, Nellore and Kadapa locale will get dissipated downpours. Remaining parts observer boundless moderate downpours.Rayalaseema and the coastal state Andhra Pradesh will get isolated heavy rains and widespread moderate rains from June 22 to 25. On Friday, Andhra Pradesh received the top most amount of rainfall over Rajavommangi of East Godavari district (47.75mm).
