Telugu Desam Party which has suffered its worst—ever defeat in the recent elections is trying to take remedial measures for resurrection. The party faces a very tough time with jagan in the State and modi at the Center trying to engulf the party. At this juncture, there are reports that Chandrababu Naidu hired a consultant to assist its Mission 2024. He is none other than Robin Sharrma who formerly worked with Prashant Kishor's I-PAC.
He is the co-founder of the Prashant Kishor-led Citizens for Accountable Governance-CAG and the Indian Political Action Committee (I-PAC). Sharrma was the chief campaign head for the CAG driven 2014 modi campaign ‘Chai pe Charcha’, nitish kumar’s cycle campaign ‘Har Ghar Nitishe, Har Man Nitishe’ in 2015 by IPAC and also the IPAC’s ‘Khat Sabha’ campaign for rahul Gandhi in Uttar Pradesh in 2017. He was the campaign advisor to priyanka Gandhi.
The immediate assignment of the Political consultant would be to ready the party for the upcoming Local Elections. Chandrababu opined that this Strategist will be perfect given his low-key business.
