The Telangana government has extended the Dasara holidays in the view of ongoing TSRTC indefinite strike. All educational institutions would re-open on October 21st. The decision was taken by Chief Minister k chandrashekhar rao after a review meeting on the ongoing TSRTC strike on Saturday.

The government has been using the buses of schools and colleges to plying the people in the absence of RTC buses and so, the holidays are extended. Meanwhile, TSRTC unions and opposition parties called for state bandh on October 19th. This extension will mean breathing space for Sye Raa in Nizam for one more week.

The Pre-Release business of the movie has arrived at 200 Crore. With only Telugu version making bucks, the target has become stiff. But then, the movie is yet to reach the 130 Crore Share mark that means the target is still very far. Even by liberal estimates, a loss of 50 to 60 Crore is guaranteed from here. This holiday extension will help the film a bit. It is known to our readers that Sye Raa is the story of Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy who is one of the early freedom fighters in the country.
