The SC reserved its order after conclusion of days hearing on Wednesday, the bench heard it for 40 days in most sought after case in history of Indian judicial system. 

     The five judge constitutional bench comprising of CJI tarun Gogoi, Justices  SA Bobde, DY Chandrachud, ashok Bhushan, and SA Nazeer granted 3 days for contesting parties for mouldings of relief, narrowing the issues which has to be adjudicate. The bench decided to conduct close door proceedings based on mediation panel report, contesting parties won’t be allowed in bench sitting in separate chambers. 

    High drama prevailed in marathon hearing in the court room, when senior counsel from Muslim side tore a pictorial map purportedly shown by Hindu Mahasabha to pinpoint the birth place of Ram in Ayodhya. Interestingly CJI Gogoi is set to retire on November 17, the bench is running out of time.

     Reacting to SC decision Congress senior leader abhishek singhvi tweeted that SC reserving the judgement is the Best. The counsels had a heated debates in the day long proceeding, Hindu parties urged the court to dismiss the plea of Sunni Waqf board of 1961, as they failed to prove that Babar created a Waqf that time to construct Masjid on vacant land. Various counsels straight away appealed the court to dismiss the Sunni Waqf plea as its devoid the merits. According to them Muslims can’t benefit the claim of adverse possession.
