Samaikhyandhra, this is one word which reverberated across the Seemandhra region and a mass movement upset the pace at which the Congress leadership planned to move regarding Telangana. The intensity and emotional agitation still exists.
Sources say that now with all of them lobbying hard for a so called package, so called UT status for Hyderabad, the common man of Seemandhra is asking whether the champions like Purandareshwari and Chiranjeevi have all forgot this word called Samaikhyandhra.
The Union Ministers hailing from Seemandhra seem to be jumping with excitement after their continuous series of meetings with who’s who of Congress party and UPA government in New Delhi. However, the result is not what the people want.
But the people are asking them that having diluted the Samaikhyandhra cause, they are now sailing in waters holding a fox’s tail and in case UT demand fails, how will they show their face again! Only the ministers can answer this.
