Indian origin human rights lawyer and Sikh leader would emerge as a kingmaker in Canadian parliament as Current government of Justin Trudeau fails to get a majority in 338-seat house of common in the country. They fell short of 20 seats.

    Liberal Party headed by Justin Trudeau fell short of majority in Canadian parliament, Indian born Sikh leader Jagmeet Singh's party New Democratic party which came fourth in results is likely to support the party to form the government. Singh who is 40 years of age, and Human rights lawyer by profession has expressed his views regarding to his role of kingmaker,  to work together to the fact that there is a minority government. 

     Liberal party managed to get 157 seats, it needs 170 seats for majority, Singh’s NDP if lend support will help plug the gap. Jagmeet Singh's party too lost the ground after getting 22 seats, they managed to win 44 seats in last elections. Trudeau is quiet famous among Sikh community in Canada, he had four ministers in his cabinet in the last government. 

    Jagmeet Singh was born in Thikriwal village of Barnala district in Punjab. The people of his village is happy about him, and wishing to see him as next prime minister of Canada.
