The verdict of people in
haryana state elections has given a hung
assembly, political parties failed to get clear mandate,
bjp won 39 seats while
congress emerged victorious in 31, newly formed political outfit by Dushyant Chautala Jannayak Janata Party (JJP) won 10 seats, Chautala will play the role of kingmaker in Haryana.
Bhartiya Janata Party have underperformed in
haryana if compared to previous elections, they failed to get a majority in 90 member
assembly in the state.
congress improved their tally by winning 31 seats, now both the parties are desperate to vow Dushyant Chautala for lending his support to from the government.
As per inside sources Chautala's JJP could go with
bjp, while Devi Lal's party INLD failed miserably in the elections, they managed to win only one seat out 80 seats they contested. Barring Abhay Singh Chautala all other contested candidates bite the dust.
bjp is trying to convince the independent candidates for forming the
government, they are six short of majority.
Two independent candidates were taken to
delhi by a
bjp mp for negotiations, they were flown in chartered plane to
delhi for further talks on supporting them. Meanwhile
congress has accepted the people verdict and criticized the saffron party for exuberating overconfidence in the state elections. They also urged non-bjp parties to come together to form the government.
