Reportedly users of reliance jio have felt betrayed ever since the company started charging users at 6 paise per minute for calls from jio to other networks calling it the IUC charge. The company is now looking for ways to rebuild the trust in subscribers but the revamping of its Rs 149 recharge plan could be a deterrent factor this time and the reason being the lesser amount of data and validity period.

Meanwhile to recall, the Rs 149 is one of the oldest and most preferred plans for jio users. It is a jio prepaid recharge plan. Available for jio prepaid users, the recharge plan previously came with 42GB data, unlimited voice calls and SMSes for a validity of 28 days. Furthermore jio has converted the Rs 149 plan into "All-in-one" plans. It now comes with 24 days of validity and offers 36GB data. Not to forget the company has also added the 300 minutes of free IUC calls in the plan.



Further jio is offering you will the option to select a suitable IUC top-up voucher starting at Rs 10. It can be used to make such non-Jio calls and it is also offering offer free additional 1 GB of data for every 10-rupee spent. Moreover jio last month launched the All-in-one plans and these plans are available for both JioPhone and non-JioPhone users and there are in total 5 plans under the All-in-one umbrella. These are priced at Rs 149, Rs 222, Rs 333, Rs 444 and Rs 555 and the JioPhone All-in-one plans are priced at Rs 75, Rs 125, Rs 155 and Rs 185 respectively.
