Former Denduluru mla from tdp, chintamaneni prabhakar is finally out of the jail after spending 66 days in prison. As many as 67 cases were registered against him in the last 22 years. eluru court granted him bail in 18 cases the other day paving way for his release. While he was arrested in one case, even before he got bail, he was arrested in another case. A similar pattern is continued to ensure that he is in jail for a long period. Finally, he managed to get bail in all the cases. Ahead of the release, police has imposed Section 144 in the entire west godavari district. chintamaneni visited a Darga immediately after his release and then, went home.
prabhakar chintamaneni is a two-time MLA. He won the 2009 and 2014 elections with a Thumping Majority. However, due to back to back controversies, he lost the recent election to ysr Congress' Kottaru Abbaya Chowdary with a whopping 16,131 votes majority. With tdp also losing power, chintamaneni had to go to jail for all the cases filed on him for over the years.
