Former denduluru mla from tdp, chintamaneni prabhakar is finally out of the jail after spending 66 days in prison. As many as 67 cases were registered against him in the last 22 years. eluru court granted him bail in 18 cases the last week paving way for his release. The tdp leaders alleged that the ysrcp govt targetted chintamaneni by registering cases.

While he was arrested in one case, even before he got bail, he was arrested in another case. A similar pattern is continued to ensure that he is in jail for a long period. Finally, he managed to get bail in all the cases. Yet another case was booked against  chintamaneni prabhakar and some of his followers by eluru Three - Town police for allegedly violating prohibitory orders under Section 30 of the police Act on november 16th.

Chintamaneni and his supporters went to his residence at Duggirala in a rally on saturday after being released from the district jail following the grant of bail in cases, when Section 30 of the police Act was in force. The Three - Town police accused Mr. prabhakar of obstructing their duties by disregarding the restrictions that were imposed under the police Act and posing a threat to law and order by their actions.
