Things are not going on well for JC Diwakar Reddy's family ever since telugu desam party lost the election. While JC claimed Government's Vendetta until now, ap high court which held a hearing over the limestone lease case of Trishul Cement company, served notices to JC Diwakar Reddy’s family members. The next hearing is posted to december 30th.
The Constitution bench headed by Chief Justice JK maheswari and Justice G shyam Prasad conducted a hearing on the petition filed for the cancellation of the Limestone mines assigned to the Trishul Cement Factory. Notices were issued to all the persons involved. V murali Prasad Reddy who belongs to Tadipatri filed a petition in the high court in 2011 requesting to start an inquiry over the financial scams done by Trishul Cement company in limestone mining lease.
The notices were issued to JC Diwakar Reddy's daughter, son pawan reddy, daughter in law Samyuktha Reddy. Along with JC other family members, HC has also issued notices to venu Gopal Reddy who is one of the partners of Trishul Cement company. Let us see if JC will be in trouble in this case.
