History seems to be taking a full turn in the span of a decade. Vijayshanthi was BJP’s woman President till 2005. Now after merging her own party with TRS and also exiting TRS,s he has found safe refuge in Congress party.
But all is not well with reports that this time she may face a tough challenge from BJP. She had congested on TRS ticket in 2009 polls and then she was given a tough time by the then Congress nominee Chagandla Naredranath and won by a thin margin.
Now Naredranath is reportedly entering Saffron party BJP and is reportedly planning to contest against Vijayshanthi and sources say that this time political winds are strong for BJP.
Even Ramulamma followers in Medak are reportedly regretting whether she has done a mistake by joining Congress but not BJP! The way things are going, Vijayashanti might soon be packing her bags in politics also.
